Immediately after use, rinse in cold

to lukewarm (not hot) water with a mild detergent or dish soap.

Wring out and rinse until the water runs clear

and soap suds are gone!

 Machine wash in cold/warm water.

(DO NOT use any fabric softeners)

Hang to dry!

**If you find the drying time is taking longer than 24 hours, you can put the underwear in the dryer (preferably in a delicates dryer bag to protect the mesh) on a delicates or wrinkle release cycle (usually about 10-15 minutes with lower heat). Longer drying time could be considered if your air dry environment is cold or damp.

Domestic (Canada & USA Only)
REVOL offers standard shipping (prices vary depending on region) with free shipping over $130 CAD.  Once shipped it takes approximately 2-8 business days.
COVID-19 Update: Unfortunately due to high volume of shipments, local shipping carriers are a little bit delayed and it may take longer than normal to receive your package. 
International 
For international customers, REVOL offers two flat rate shipping options, $20 Non-Guaranteed service and $40 Tracked
Delivery. *We offer free shipping on orders over $185 CAD (shipment times may vary). 
All international customers are responsible for custom taxes on delivery.
*COVID-19 Update: Unfortunately, due to increased international shipping costs, we are only able to offer free shipping on non-guaranteed service. Once an international order has shipped, we are unable to guarantee the arrival date, and REVOL will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
For tracked & guaranteed shipping please choose the Tracked Delivery option at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
REVOL has a 30 day exchange policy! If you feel another size or style would work better for you we are always happy to help and accommodate! Just send an email to info@revolundies.com (please provide the order number in your email) and we'll let you know what the next steps are. 
Please note, any underwear for return must be unwashed and in it's original condition. We highly recommend trying on your new undies (with a personal base layer on underneath) as soon as possible after receiving your order to ensure they fit before going into your cycle.
All sale items are final sale. This does not include discounts from coupon codes.
For the safety of everyone ALL masks are final sale.
Return Shipping
For Canadian and US customers, shipping to REVOL to complete an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. REVOL will provide complimentary shipping to send out the exchange pair(s) only.
For international customers, both the shipping cost to and from REVOL is the responsibility of the customer.
Sales Tax
REVOL is proud to be the first period-proof underwear company to be *FULLY TAX FREE! Officially classified in Canada as a "medical device", it allows us to remove any sales tax on our underwear.
